CryptoPunt – An Original Play-To-Earn Concept!

CryptoPunt is a next generation blockchain based gambling and gaming decentralized application(Dapp). Currently built on the Ethereum blockchain, CryptoPunt leverages the pros and cons of games of the previous generations to offer a radically improved blockchain-based gaming and gambling Dapp.

Gambling has always been a strong fit for blockchain technology. The trends and statistics show that up until 2020, gambling was the dominant (Dapp) type and the only application type that catered to over 1 million users. Furthermore, gambling also catered to a big share of active users in the space – with 50% of gambling Dapp users were daily active users (DAUs) and gambling accounted for roughly 40% of the active users for all Dapp sectors.

While the growth of DeFi exploded in 2020 which resulted in the sector becoming the undisputed number one and likely to not be displaced, this is still a huge positive sign for the gambling sector. The explosion of the DeFi space has resulted in a massive surge in capital and user inflow into cryptocurrency-based sectors, which is extremely beneficial to CryptoPunt. This is because this allows us to cater to a wider user base and a much bigger pool of capital in the market. This will allow our talented team to leverage the benefits in order to innovate and improve our next-generation platform to continue to increase value for the entire community!
